Ingredients: Wild Sourdough 1-to-1 Baking Flour [(non-GMO maize starch, potato starch, non-GMO Australian white maize, teff, linseed, psyllium husk, tapioca starch, rice flour, bamboo shoot fibre, calcium carbonate); organic sultanas, sugar, yeast, organic cinnamon, organic mixed spice, salt.
To Make: water, milk of choice, butter or margarine, vinegar and an egg (or Orgran No Egg).
