Our journey began when we realized how challenging it can be for individuals with food allergies and intolerances to find safe and satisfying food options. Our son has Eosinophilic Oesopahgitis as well as being at risk now of anaphylaxis to peanuts, cashew and pistachio so we really understand how difficult life can be with multiple food allergies and intolerances.
